Trust, Privacy and Delivery


Your data is stored and transmitted securely, we do not distribute this to anyone. We also do not store or process any card or payment method on our site, that is handled by third parties Stripe (for cards) and Paypal.


We are based in Auckland and key locations around New Zealand and offer a mobile delivery service.


How will you be sure you get your parcel and it's good quality?

This is run as a business, it's our job to get this to you as per our individual arrangement with you and that the product is at least the same as what you were expecting. We will discuss logistics with you before you buy to determine what suits you best.

We know many have had unpleasant online experiences buying from some online people and that it's difficult to know who to trust. We have heard many cases of goods that have never been received, that were never sent and were not what people were expecting. This is unfortunate because it affects those of us who do operate legitimately.

All products are tested by us and we only source products with very high ratings, 99%+ positive by buyers. Then we either deliver it personally or we ship via New Zealand Post.

All shipped items are shipped with insurance and tracking. You will be given a tracking number as soon as it's sent. This will happen within 1 business day of payment being received. It will typically arrive the following day as per NZ Post's terms and conditions.

If it does not arrive or its damaged then you will be reimbursed through the NZ Post insurance process.

Refunds: In the event the goods are not as described, damaged or not received you are entitled to your money back in full or in part.

You can manage this yourself with your card issuer, or you can contact us with details and proof of the problem and we will resolve. We don't consider refunds if you change your mind or can't prove it was damaged in transit. We may prefer to replace the item.

Delivery and Logistics

What are the logistics options? Personal delivery, collection and courier delivery are all possible.

You can collect, or we can drop off personally at an agreed time and place. We are mobile and can arrange to come to you.

Collecting is free, it needs to be arranged.

Personal Delivery to you is $5, it needs to be arranged and discussed, this happens when its both possible for us and works for you.

Courier Delivery is always possible, the cost is determined when you buy, or ask us. You will receive the item as per NZ Post Terms and Conditions. Rural Delivery (RD is also available as an option, extra $4).

When you have added your product to the cart, you can change your delivery options.  Contact us via the chat facility if you wish to discuss. Collections and Personal Delivery MUST be arranged via the chat.


We will dispatch your goods covered by NZ Post insurance in the event of loss or damage.

Unfortunately "Porch theft" is a rising problem in New Zealand, with not all parcels that are signed as delivered by courier making it to the buyer.

There's things you can do to safeguard this. NZ Post have a range of options

1/ Parcel Collect: Get your parcel sent to a Parcel Collect address instead of home. Free of Charge, Setup Account with NZ Post

2/ Private Bags and P.O. Boxes.

3/ Parcel Pod

You can also set up special delivery instructions to place items safely if you are using your home address.
